1 General Agreement

These terms apply to all Myanmar players, visitors, and account holders who use the ye9vip website and any of its services. By accessing this website, registering an account, or playing games, you confirm that you fully accept these terms.

ye9vip reserves the right to amend these terms with prior notice. Players who continue to use the platform after amendments are made will be considered to have accepted the updated terms. We therefore encourage you to check this page regularly.

2 Eligibility Requirements

2.1 Age Restriction

ye9vip services are only available to persons aged 21 and above. Anyone under the age of 21 is not permitted to use this platform. If an account is registered with a false age, it may be closed and any remaining balance may be forfeited.

2.2 Individual Accounts

Each player may only open one account on ye9vip. If a single player is found to have opened more than one account, those accounts may be closed and any funds may be forfeited. If more than one player in the same household wishes to play, they should have distinct personal details and access the platform from separate devices.

2.3 Accurate Information

Accurate personal information must be provided when registering an account. The details you submit should be correct, complete, and up to date. Accounts suspected of containing inaccurate or deliberately misleading information may be suspended or closed.

3 Account Registration and Management

3.1 Account Registration

To play at ye9vip, you must create an account with your personal details. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials (username and password) secure. Sharing this information with third parties is not allowed.

3.2 Password Security

You should keep your password secure and hard to guess. If your password is compromised or your account is accessed without authorization, immediately change your password on the ye9vip Login page and notify our customer service team.

3.3 Account Verification

ye9vip may request supporting documents at any time to verify the accuracy of your personal details. Withdrawals and certain services may be temporarily suspended during the verification period.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

You can deposit at ye9vip via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and Bank Transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is 20,000 Ks.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks. Withdrawal requests are normally processed within one hour. Withdrawals will only be sent to the player's registered payment method and will not be transferred to third parties.

4.3 Financial Checks

To prevent money laundering and maintain financial security, ye9vip may carry out checks on deposits and withdrawals. Users are required to cooperate with any requests for financial clarification.

4.4 Currency Exchange Rate

All amounts displayed on the platform are shown in Myanmar Kyat (Ks / MMK). ye9vip is not responsible for any discrepancies arising from exchange rate differences.

5 Bonus and Promotion Policy

5.1 Welcome Bonus

ye9vip's welcome bonus is 200% of your first deposit, up to a maximum of 300,000 Ks. To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount.

• Deposit 20,000 Ks — receive a bonus of 40,000 Ks, giving you a total of 60,000 Ks. To withdraw, you must wager 40,000 Ks × 10 = 400,000 Ks.
• Deposit 320,000 Ks — receive the maximum bonus of 300,000 Ks, giving you a total of 620,000 Ks. To withdraw, you must wager 300,000 Ks × 10 = 3,000,000 Ks.

5.2 Bonus Usage Conditions

Each bonus code may be used once only per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

5.3 Promotion Changes

ye9vip may change or discontinue promotions at any time with prior notice. ye9vip is not obligated to award bonuses for play that does not meet the promotion's terms and conditions.

6 VIP Levels and Cashback

ye9vip's VIP program has 5 levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. A player's level can be upgraded based on their wagering activity.

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.4%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Platinum — weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Diamond — weekly cashback up to 1.0%

Cashback amounts and VIP conditions may be changed by ye9vip with prior notice. Cashback funds are treated as bonus funds, so wagering requirements must be met before withdrawal.

7 Game Rules

7.1 Fair Play

On the ye9vip platform, players are strictly prohibited from using unfair methods, exploiting software bugs, hacking game servers, or using any automated tools.

7.2 Game-Specific Restrictions

Certain bonuses can only be used on specified game types or game categories. Winnings from play outside those categories cannot be counted toward bonus wagering requirements.

7.3 Game Decisions

For any dispute related to game results, the server records of ye9vip are considered the final and binding decision. Results for games such as Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, and slots will be determined by the data recorded on the server.

8 Prohibited Actions

Players are strictly prohibited from performing the following actions—

• Attempting to hack or modify the game software
• Using a bank card or payment method that does not belong to your own account
• Engaging in money laundering schemes
• Continuing to play without reporting a known game software bug
• Using unauthorized bots or automated scripts
• Opening more than one account to claim bonuses multiple times
• Spreading any statement that could damage the reputation of the platform

If any of the above actions are found, ye9vip may immediately suspend and close the account, forfeit the remaining balance, and take legal action.

9 Personal Data Protection

11 Limitation of Liability

ye9vip is not responsible for any losses or damages arising from the following situations—

• Losses caused by incorrect information provided by the player
• Losses caused by a third party accessing and playing due to the player's own negligence
• Games being interrupted or cancelled due to internet disconnection or device malfunction
• Force majeure events beyond our control

The service is provided on an "as available" basis and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

12 Account Closure and Violation Issues

ye9vip may close the account of any player who violates these terms, with or without prior notice, and may freeze any remaining balance. In cases of violation, collected funds may be forfeited.

If a player decides to close their account voluntarily, they can notify customer service and any remaining balance will be returned via the payment method on file.

13 Responsible Gaming

ye9vip always encourages players to game responsibly. Gaming is a healthy form of entertainment, not a tool to recover financial losses. Players should set a budget in advance before playing.

15 Violations and Amendments

Players who continue to use ye9vip after any amendments to these terms are considered to have accepted the updated terms. Amendments will be published on this page, and the "Last Updated" date will reflect the time of change.

Any player who does not agree to these terms may stop using ye9vip and request account closure through customer service.
